Fair rules for a public pool
Technical pool values such as fee and minimum payout are also shown live in the dashboard.
1. Operator and service
The operator is Varga-Tech – Attila Varga, Göttingen. The service is a public Bitcoin PPLNS mining pool. There is no entitlement to permanent availability, a block find or a specific return.
2. Participation
Miners must use a valid Bitcoin address they control. Private keys or seed phrases are never required. Manipulation, attacks, abuse and unlawful use are prohibited.
3. PPLNS
Only accepted, difficulty-weighted work is considered. Rewards follow the share in the rolling PPLNS window when a valid block is found. Connection time alone creates no entitlement.
4. SOLO
SOLO connections on 3350/3359 do not participate in the PPLNS window. A valid SOLO block is assigned to the BTC destination used in the Stratum username; the published SOLO operator fee applies.
5. Fees
The live published PPLNS configuration is authoritative. Changes apply to future block templates; the website reads the configured fee from the pool API.
6. Payout
Payouts arise only after a valid pool block. Small shares or outputs that cannot be included due to coinbase weight may be kept as ledger credits. Coinbase outputs are subject to Bitcoin maturity rules.
7. Not an investment product
The pool is not a banking, investment, savings or advisory product. No returns are promised. Mining carries technical and economic risk.
8. Maintenance & security
Services may be restricted or stopped for maintenance, troubleshooting, abuse prevention or security measures.
9. Liability
Statutory liability rules apply. Mandatory claims, especially for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health, remain unaffected.
